Lugvento Pilot Terms

These Pilot Terms add to the Lugvento Terms of Service for shops in the pilot. If the two conflict during the pilot, these Pilot Terms control.
1. The pilot
The pilot runs from November 14 to November 30, 2026. Pilot shops use Lugvento free during those dates, with every feature and up to 2 users. Read-only logins are free and don't count.
2. Applying isn't acceptance
Signing up is an application. Lugvento chooses which shops join, and may decline any application without giving a reason. You are in the pilot only when Lugvento approves your shop and emails the owner an invitation.
3. Card on file
A card on file is required before your shop can be approved. Stripe stores the card; Lugvento never sees the number. Saving the card doesn't charge it.
4. What happens after the pilot
4.1 At sign-up you choose how you will pay after the pilot: the founder year ($399 for the year, with every feature and 2 users), or a plan paid monthly or yearly at the price shown.
4.2 If you are accepted, your first charge will be on December 1, 2026, after the pilot has concluded. It will be for the choice you made, plus any sales tax. We will email the owner a reminder of the amount and the date at least 7 days before. Your subscription then renews automatically under the Terms of Service until you cancel.
4.3 When a founder year ends, you move to monthly billing on Starter unless you have chosen another plan, and your logins drop to Starter's limit. We will remind you by email at least 30 days before. While you keep paying yearly without a gap, you keep 25% off any plan.
4.4 To avoid being charged, cancel before December 1, 2026, in Shop settings under Billing, or by emailing [email protected] from the owner's email address. You will not be charged, and your access ends when the pilot ends.
4.5 If you are charged for a founder year or a yearly plan on December 1 and change your mind, you can cancel within 14 days of the charge for a full refund.
5. Early software
The pilot exists to find problems before a wider launch. The Service may have bugs, change quickly or be unavailable at times, and features may change or be removed. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose, and don't rely on Lugvento as your only record during the pilot.
6. Feedback and testimonials
We may ask what works and what doesn't. Sharing feedback is welcome but not required, and we may use it freely and without payment. We won't name your shop publicly or quote you without your permission, which you can withdraw at any time by email.
7. Unreleased features
During the pilot you may see features and prices that aren't public yet. Please don't share screenshots or details of them outside your shop. Talking about your general experience is fine.
8. Your data
Your data stays yours, and the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum apply to it. If you leave, you can export your data, and we delete it as the Terms describe.
9. Ending the pilot
Lugvento may end the pilot early, or end a shop's place in it, by email. If we end your place before December 1, 2026, you won't be charged unless you choose to continue on a plan.
